Terms and Conditions of Use of LOL Stream

1. We discourage you from posting material on the site which, in the opinion of the Moderators of LOL Stream:

   1. exploits children
   2. is really violent or gory
   3. is harmful, abusive, pornographic, defamatory or vindictive
   4. is otherwise unlawful

   If we find it being posted we will remove it.

   Repeat offenders will be barred from using the site if continuing after having been given a warning by the Moderators.

2. What you post on the site
   1. What you post on the site is your responsibility and we assume you have the copyright, licenses, rights (including privacy rights and publicity rights), consents, and permissions to post it and use it.
   2. When you post material on the site you grant an unlimited license for us to use it and republish it without cost and to each user of the site, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, licence to access your User Submissions through the site, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions to the extent permitted by the functionality of the site and under these Terms.
3. Your acceptance of the Terms and agreement with LOL Stream
   1. You can accept these Terms by simply using the LOL Stream Services. You understand and agree that LOL Stream will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
   2. Your legal agreement with LOL Stream is made up of (A) the terms and conditions set out in this document, (B)LOL Stream's Privacy Policy and (C) LOL Stream's Guidelines. LOL Stream may make changes to A, B and C from time to time. When these changes are made, LOL Stream will make new copies available
4. Your LOL Stream account
   1. In order to access some features of the Website or other Services, you will have to create a LOL Stream account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information.It is important that you must keep your Lolstream account password secure and confidential.
   2. You agree that you will be solely responsible (to LOL Stream, and to others) for all activity that occurs under your LOL Stream account.
5. LOL Stream User Submissions and Content
   1. LOL Stream does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and LOL Stream expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions.
   2. With the exception of User Submissions, all other content on the site including, without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos and interactive features on the site (the "LOL Stream Content") is either owned by or licensed to LOL Stream, and is subject to copyright, trade mark rights, and other intellectual property rights of LOL Stream or LOL Stream's licensors. Any third party trade or service marks present on the LOL Stream Content are trade or service marks of their respective owners.

   1. The LOL Stream Services may include hyperlinks to other web sites that are not owned or controlled by LOL Stream . LOL Stream has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.
   2. The LOL Stream does not give you any representations or warranties at all in your use of the TheLOL Stream Services, in particular that
   1. your use of the Services will meet your requirements;
   2. your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error,
   3. any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the Services will be accurate or reliable,
   4. that defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the Services will be corrected

7. Communications & Termination
   1. You agree that LOL Stream may provide you with notices or any information it thinks fit, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email, regular mail, or postings on the LOL Stream website.
   2. LOL Stream may at any time, terminate its Services or its legal agreement with you after giving notice using any of the means above
